Dynamics 365 Email Studio

Email Studio privacy policy

Privacy policy for Dynamics 365 Email Studio: local validation, OpenAI chat processing, Cloudflare hosting and support.

Who provides the plugin

Mylo Kaye publishes Dynamics 365 Email Studio. Contact mylo@mylokaye.com about this policy or your personal information.

Email files and chat content

The plugin instructs the assistant to edit files and run its Python structural validator locally. Mylo Kaye does not receive or store email HTML through the plugin’s MCP tools. The plugin has no Dynamics account connection and does not send or publish emails.

When you enter content or attach files in ChatGPT or Codex, OpenAI processes those inputs under its applicable terms, privacy policy and your account settings. Local file editing and validation do not prevent that processing. Supply only content you are authorised to use, and remove unnecessary personal or confidential information.

Cloudflare MCP requests

Cloudflare hosts the MCP endpoint. Its two read-only tools return the editing guide and validator source and accept no arguments. Do not send email HTML, file paths or customer data to these tools.

Network requests necessarily reach Cloudflare and may include an IP address, request time, URL and HTTP headers. The Worker has no application storage bindings, application request logging or analytics integration. Cloudflare may process network and security information under its own policies. The plugin does not set cookies, add advertising or sell personal information.

This website

These pages are hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub receives normal website request information. These pages add no analytics, advertising scripts, forms or visitor storage. See the website privacy information for the wider site.

Support information

If you contact support, Mylo Kaye receives your address and the message and attachments you choose to send, using them to answer and resolve your request. Support messages are retained only as needed to resolve the request. Do not send production customer data, credentials or confidential email files. Email service providers process the messages as part of delivery and hosting.

Your choices and requests

You can stop using the plugin and remove its connection at any time. Local originals, outputs and validation files remain under your control. Contact the support address to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have sent to support. Available data protection rights depend on your circumstances. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Third-party services

OpenAI, Cloudflare, GitHub and your email provider operate under their own policies and may process information internationally. Their retention and account controls are separate from the plugin’s local validator. See OpenAI privacy, Cloudflare privacy and GitHub privacy.

Policy changes

This page will be updated when the plugin’s data practices change. Last updated: 23 October 2026.
