Service and publisher
These terms apply to Dynamics 365 Email Studio, published by Mylo Kaye. The plugin is free, with no payments or purchases. Third-party platforms and services have their own access requirements, charges and terms.
Permitted use
Use the plugin only with files and content you are authorised to access and edit. You are responsible for your requests, the accuracy of your content and compliance with applicable law and your organisation’s requirements. Do not supply credentials or unnecessary personal data.
Scope and review
The plugin supports constrained edits and translations to existing email HTML. It does not create or redesign emails, connect to Dynamics, send emails or publish campaigns. Preserve an original copy and review every output before use. A structural validation pass does not guarantee translation quality, accessibility, rendering, legal compliance or acceptance in a Dynamics tenant. Check preview and test sends in your own environment.
Availability and limitations
The plugin and its support are provided as available. Availability and error-free output are not guaranteed. You may stop using it at any time. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Software licence and third parties
The repository’s GPL-3.0 licence governs the licensed source code. OpenAI, Cloudflare, GitHub and Microsoft products remain subject to their own terms. This independent project is not endorsed by Microsoft.
